Poultry Meat Examiner Level 2 (PMI) inspect poultry carcasses to guarantee the safety and quality of the meat which is destined for human and animal consumption.

A PMI must have a PME qualification before embarking on the PMI training.

The Poultry Meat Inspectors course is based on industry requirements and those of the National Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
